Brief introduction:

The electric winch are used widely in many working environments, such as in the construction and installation company,mining area, factory for building and installation project, as well as applies on the boat for anchoring, towing and mooring at harbor and shipyard.
The winch drum includes two differents grooving, which are respectively spiral grooving and LBS grooving.If you want to spool multilayer, LBS grooving can control the spooling of wire rope on a winch drum so that there is no practical limit to the number of layers.

split-type LBS sleeve:
This is an effective and economical solution. If the customer need to change the size of wire rope or the damaged drum in the future ,the customer only need to change LBS grooving sleeve, which can lower the cost.

The integral LBS grooved drum:
The groove is cut directly into the body of the drum.(according to customer‘s requirements,the flanges are either welded or screw-bolted.)

An electric winch consists of five parts as follows:
